I ordered this Spiralizer a little while ago. I am adding more plant based meals to my diet and several recipes called for food to be spriralized. The first time I made a recipe that needed an item to be spiralized I just chopped it, it was time consuming and food item was not that easy to chop. I decided if I was going to change my eating habits and make meals like this a priority I should make them easier to make. I looked at several sprializers; this one had the most reviews that were helpful. I have used it a couple of times now and it works well. It sticks to the counter and does not move. my son (6 yo) wanted to try it and he had fun turning the crank and watching a sweet potato turn into spirals.

Ingredients:

• 2 Chicken breast medium size
• 2 Medium-sized zucchinis
• 10 Cherry tomatoes
• 2 tbsp. Olive oil
• 2 Sprig of Fresh Basil
• 1 fl. oz. Olive oil
• 1 oz. Walnuts
• ½ Lemon (juice)
• A slice of garlic
• 3 ½ oz. Basil

Preparation :

  1. Put the chicken fillet on a baking sheet, pour olive oil (half a tablespoon
    per breast), salt, pepper and bake for 15 minutes.
  2. Remove the baking tray from the oven, place the cherry tomatoes next
    to the breasts, brush the chicken with olive oil and bake for another 10-
    15 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Meanwhile, make pesto:Mix Parmesan cheese, walnuts, lemon juice, a clove of garlic and basil in a blender. Then, gently pour in the olive oil and mix the sauce.

  1. Make zucchini spaghetti. To do this, you can use any suitable shredder
    or just a knife.
  2. Fry the spaghetti with one spoon of olive oil for about three minutes until
    the zucchini is softened, then put on the pasta on two plates and season
    with pesto sauce.
  3. Add chopped chicken and baked tomatoes, garnish with a sprig of basil!
